Wordtracker is cool, but since all the search results are an estimate, it's kind of difficult to justify spending $59 a month on it unless you use it daily. You can also use Google Adwords to come up with keyword ideas when you're creating your ad and it scans your destination url. I didn't even know MSN made one. Google Adwords is my personal favorite.
